Ronan Daly Jermyn has announced the appointment of Peter Lennon to lead the firm’s insurance and aviation disputes team.
Mr Lennon has over thirty years of experience in the field of commercial litigation and arbitration in the insurance and aviation sector, advising on complex disputes relating to passengers’ claims, public liability and employer’s liability for most of the major airlines in Ireland.
He also has wide ranging experience advising on disputes related to the construction and financial services sectors.
Richard Martin, managing partner at Ronan Daly Jermyn, said: “Peter brings with him extensive experience in complex dispute resolution. A highly respected practitioner, he has an outstanding reputation for taking on and winning difficult cases. His substantial experience around marine and aviation disputes will boost our already strong litigation practice’s capabilities across the country.”

He is a great fit for our Litigation and Disputes Resolution Department and a terrific addition to a rapidly expanding Dublin office. His deep expertise will be a great asset to our clients. We look forward to working with him.”
Mr Lennon added: “I am delighted to be joining Ronan Daly Jermyn. The firm has longstanding and extensive experience of acting in the areas of large scale commercial disputes, professional indemnity, product liability, as well as coverage issues and acts for insurers from all over the world along with numerous self-insured entities. I am thrilled to partner with such a strong group of lawyers.”
