Ronan Daly Jermyn appoints three new partners
Ronan Daly Jermyn has announced the appointment of three partners across the firm’s corporate, real estate and litigation practices, bringing the total number of partners within the firm to 43.
The new partners are Ricky Kelly in litigation and dispute resolution, Brian O’Halloran in property and real estate, and Seán O’Reilly in corporate and commercial.

Mr Kelly advises a wide range of corporate, financial and charitable organisations as well as private individuals and semi-state bodies. He also leads the firm’s Rapid Response Team to clients who have experienced cyber security threats.
Mr O’Halloran advises a wide range of clients, including investors, property developers, local authorities and receivers on all aspects of property law. He has extensive experience advising clients on the acquisition of sites, financing, through planning, to disposal with a particular emphasis on housing and mixed-use developments.
Mr O’Reilly has broad-ranging experience as a corporate lawyer, advising on mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations, contract and commercial law matters, and shareholders arrangements of varying size and complexity. He previously lectured in contract law and intellectual property law on the LLB course in Griffith College Cork and has had his published work cited with approval by the High Court. He is currently studying for a PhD in Law at University College Cork.
