Ronan Daly Jermyn launches online resource for entrepreneurs
Ronan Daly Jermyn has launched a free online resource to help entrepreneurs navigate many of the legal and organisational challenges faced today by start-ups and scaling companies.
The RDJ Startups site, which includes access to standard legal documents, as well as helpful startup tools and legal insights, provides access to resources many startups are not yet in the position to fund.
Gillian Keating, head of Ronan Daly Jermyn’s corporate and commercial group, said: “Ronan Daly Jermyn is committed to supporting the entrepreneur community in Ireland by providing this unique free online legal resource tool.
“There are so many decisions involved in setting up a new business, we wanted to provide a resource that would help emerging companies come to grips with some of these challenges.”
She continued: “At Ronan Daly Jermyn, we work with a wide range of companies from startups to large multinationals in key sectors such as technology and healthcare.
“Launching RDJ Startups enables us to help some of Ireland’s standout entrepreneurs to get ahead, with the ability to access key legal documents and other legal resources through our dynamic and innovative RDJ Startups.”
