Ronan O’Grady appointed head of legal at Solar 21

Ronan O'Grady
Investment company Solar 21 has announced the appointment of Ronan O’Grady as head of legal in its Dublin headquarters.
Mr O’Grady is a solicitor and tax advisor with over 10 years’ legal and tax experience across multiple sectors in relation to corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and renewable energy projects.
He previously worked as a partner in the commercial department at boutique commercial law firm O’Gradys Solicitors and as an associate in the energy and infrastructure department at Matheson.
Solar 21 is an Irish-owned investment company with offices in the Ireland, the UK and Italy, which develops and operates renewable energy projects.
