Seven law firms in competition for Chambers Europe award
Seven of Ireland’s top law firms have been shortlisted for the Chambers Europe Ireland Law Firm of the Year award.
A&L Goodbody, Arthur Cox, ByrneWallace, Mason Hayes & Curran, Matheson, McCann FitzGerald and William Fry are in the running for the accolade, which will be awarded at a ceremony in Madrid this April.
All seven of the firms were nominated last year, when Arthur Cox won, and six of them were nominated in 2016, when A&L Goodbody won.
ByrneWallace, nominated for a second year in a row, won the Ireland Client Service Award at last year’s ceremony.
The Chambers Europe Awards honour the work of national and international law firms across Europe on the basis of research for the upcoming edition of Chambers Europe, published each year by international legal directory Chambers & Partners.
The awards recognise a firm’s pre-eminence in key countries in the region, and reflect notable achievements over the past 12 months including outstanding work, impressive strategic growth and excellence in client service. This research is also based on the feedback and recommendations made by clients in Ireland and internationally.
