Sherwin O’Riordan announces double partner appointment
SME-focused solicitor firm Sherwin O’Riordan has announced the appointment of Deirdre Ardagh and Rachel Connolly as partners.
Ms Ardagh, a former barrister and a CEDR-accredited mediator with over 10 years’ experience, heads the firm’s corporate and commercial department.
She has extensive experience in regulatory and administrative law, data protection law, e-commerce, information society services and gaming/lotteries, as well as advising clients on M&As, corporate reorganisations, restructuring and corporate advisory matters including private equity and venture capital.
Ms Connolly, who joined the firm in 2008, works in corporate and commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Her clients include financial institutions, private lenders, asset managers, domestic technology start-ups and overseas companies.
