Short Course on Advanced Advocacy

This short course is skills-based and will improve the oral and written advocacy skills of its participants who will most likely be practising lawyers/tribunal representatives. It will concentrate on helping them, through a variety of practical exercises and role plays, to hone their skills in the examination and cross-examination of witnesses and to make persuasive oral and written legal argument in courts or tribunals. In addition, it will also introduce them to the world of electronic information, its use, management and issues for discovery and trial/tribunal purposes.

This six week course will commence on Friday, 30th September.

Venue: Ulster University, Belfast Campus, York Street, Friday afternoons from 2.15pm - 5.15pm
