Simmons & Simmons launches video series to promote TikTok Women’s Six Nations
International law firm Simmons & Simmons has launched a new video series to promote the TikTok Women’s Six Nations Championship.
The firm is a proud sponsor of one of Ireland’s leading women’s rugby clubs, Railway Union RFC, and is launching the series in an effort to further promote the tournament and support the progress that has been made in the development of the women’s game.
Rachel Stanton, partner and country head for Ireland at Simmons & Simmons, said: “It is really important that the women receive the limelight they deserve, they are inspirational athletes and put a huge amount of time and effort into representing their club and country.
“We at Simmons are proud to be sponsoring the senior women’s team at Railway and hope through partnering with them on campaigns such as this that we can help further promote the women’s game.”
John Cronin, director of rugby at Railway Union, added: “We are really grateful for our partnership with Simmons over the last two years.
“It is this kind of support that helps us attract female athletes into playing rugby and providing them with a platform to excel and achieve success at the highest level of sport.”
Simmons has invited some of Railway’s current and former Irish internationals to share their thoughts and predictions for the 2023 TikTok Women’s Six Nations Championship.
In the first of a series of videos, the firm welcomed former Grand Slam winning Irish international and senior coach at Railway, Larissa Muldoon, and former Irish international and current Railway second row Aoife McDermott to its offices in Dublin to chat about their thoughts on this year’s series.
