NI: Solicitors who qualified in 1967 enjoy reunion lunch
Northern Ireland solicitors who qualified in 1967 met for a 50th anniversary reunion in Belfast Reform Club.
The lunch was attended by fourteen people who qualified in 1967, accompanied by their spouses and partners.
They caught up with their peers and reminisced about the good times, joined by Ian Huddleston, president of the Law Society.
Mr Huddleston said: “I am delighted to have attended this important event marking the 50th anniversary of solicitors who graduated in 1967. It is important that we acknowledge their invaluable contribution to the legal profession, their clients, business and community in Northern Ireland. They are an exemplar to the new generation of solicitors starting out on their legal careers.”
