Sophie Toscan du Plantier murder to be examined in new podcast

A 13-part podcast examining the murder of French film producer Sophie Toscan du Plantier in West Cork is set to be launched this Thursday.
The podcast, titled West Cork, is being produced by Amazon and will be released through Amazon’s Audible service.
It features in-depth interviews with journalist Ian Bailey, the main suspect in the unsolved case, as well as Ms du Plantier’s friends and family and locals, witnesses, forensic experts and detectives.
The series has been modelled on the first series of Serial, a popular 12-part podcast examining a murder in Baltimore.
Amazon Audible members, including 30-day free trial members, will be able to listen to the pocast for free.
