Stephen Barry joins Eversheds Sutherland in Dublin
International law firm Eversheds Sutherland has appointed Stephen Barry as partner in the firm’s dispute resolution and litigation group.
A commercial litigation lawyer at the firm since 2003, Stephen has wide-ranging experience in multi-jurisdictional litigation, including commercial and professional negligence claims.
He trained with the firm and his practice areas include disputes relating to professional negligence and shareholder litigation as well as boardroom disputes and investigations. He also has extensive experience in handling matters within the expedited case management procedures of the Commercial Court.
In addition, Stephen leads Eversheds Sutherland’s health and safety group and has acted on behalf of a number of clients in successfully defending prosecutions brought by the Health and Safety Authority.
