NI: Three Belfast solicitors appointed to Land Registry
Belfast solicitors Lynsey Watson, Helen Trimble and Noelle McKay have been appointed principal legal officers at Northern Ireland’s Land Registry.
The role will see them advise Land Registry examiners on the legal aspects of registration and adverse possession.
Ms Watson previously worked for DWF in Belfast as an associate in their real estate department. She has over 13 years post qualification experience in all aspects of property law.
Ms Trimble was previously a senior associate at Pinsent Masons and has over 20 years post qualification experience in all aspects of property law.
Ms McKay previously worked for Tughans and has a depth of experience advising on all aspects of residential property, new housing developments including the acquisition of sites, setting up structures for apartments and onward house sales.
All three women are graduates of Queen’s University Belfast.
