TLT has expanded its corporate team in Belfast with the appointment of Grant Edwards as associate, who joins from Tughans.

Mr Edwards will work with corporate partner Andrew Jennings, who joined TLT in January 2018 and completed the firm’s full service offering in Northern Ireland.

He is an experienced corporate lawyer, advising SMEs and investors on a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity and venture capital investment, reorganisation and restructuring.
