NI: TLT promotes Anna Vangrove to banking partner in Belfast
Law firm TLT has promoted Belfast banking and restructuring lawyer Anna Vangrove to partner as part of its 2018 promotion round.
Ms Vangrove’s promotion, effective from 1 May, follows the recent arrival of corporate partner Andrew Jennings from Arthur Cox, which has strengthened the firm’s full service offering in Northern Ireland.
Ms Vangrove is part of a six-strong round of partner promotions across the firm’s UK offices.
Belfast-based real estate lawyer Michael Wilson will also be promoted to associate, with NI dual-qualified pensions lawyer Chris Crighton making partner based at the firm’s headquarters in Bristol.
Katharine Kimber, head of TLT NI, said: “In just over five years, we have built a strong and ambitious team from a standing start with expertise across areas like corporate, real estate, planning, banking & finance and renewables.
“This year’s promotions show the firm’s long term commitment not only to further growth but also to the development and progression of the NI team and their long term careers at the firm; congratulations to all those promoted.”
TLT opened in Belfast in 2012 to support corporates, public institutions and high growth businesses with their legal needs.
Over the last five years, the firm has made a number of senior strategic hires, bringing the number of Belfast-based partners at TLT to seven and the UK-wide partnership to 116.
