TLT has promoted Belfast-based real estate lawyer Sarah Ewing to legal director as part of its 2017 promotion round, effective from 1 May.

Her promotion follows the recent arrival of real estate partner Judith Allen from A&L Goodbody this year, and is part of a four-strong round of real estate legal director promotions across the UK.

Financial services disputes lawyer Eoin Devlin and lender sales NI lawyer Jennifer Matthews, both based in TLT’s Belfast office, will also be promoted to associate this year.

TLT opened in Belfast in 2012 and now has a headcount of over 50 in an office supporting corporates, public institutions and high growth businesses in areas including banking & finance, dispute resolution, pensions, real estate and renewables.
