Mr Wilson specialises in all aspects of non-contentious commercial property work, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, residential development and property finance.

Since qualification, he has been fortunate to work on a number of landmark transactions, including the acquisition of shopping centres, retail parks and high-value city centre real estate.

The appointment follows the firm’s expansion into real estate just over a year ago.
