Ms Christie has significant property experience, both commercial and residential, and has worked in the real estate sector since qualifying as a solicitor in 2016.

She advises on all aspects of property law including lease negotiation (on behalf of both landlord and tenant), acquisition and disposal, residential sales and purchases, distressed asset sales and boundary disputes.

She has considerable experience and interest in working with developers and advises primarily on the acquisition of land for development and the sale of new build properties and is well versed in dealing with plot sales and managing residential property portfolios.
