Two Dublin partners among Maples and Calder promotions
Two finance experts have been promoted to partners in Maples and Calder’s Dublin office as part of a tranche of promotions across the firm’s global offices.
Deirdre McIlvenna, who joined Maples and Calder in 2011, has been promoted to partner in the firm’s Investment Funds Group.
Alma O’Sullivan, who joined in 2010 after a short stint with Arthur Cox, has been promoted to partner in the firm’s finance team.
Their promotions were jointly announced alongside the election of Ruairi Bourke and Aisling Dwyer as partners in the firm’s British Virgin Islands and Hong Kong offices respectively.
Alasdair Robertson, global managing partner of Maples and Calder, said: “Each of these outstanding lawyers is a leader in their respective field and jurisdiction, and it is with great pleasure that we recognise their exemplary talent and dedication to providing exceptional client service. We look forward to their continued success.”
