Beauchamps has appointed Fiona Egan and Yvonne O’Byrne as partners.

Ms Egan joins the firm from Arthur Cox as a partner in the projects, infrastructure and energy team.

She has a wealth of experience in construction and projects, specialising in both contentious and non-contentious cases across energy and renewables, infrastructure, large scale commercial and residential schemes, manufacturing and logistics.

She has a proven track record in advising clients in the public and private sectors, including developers, local authorities, utilities, contractors, sub-contractors, lending institutions and investment funds.

Ms O’Byrne, new partner in the corporate team, specialises in M&A and financial services regulation.

She also has extensive experience in governance, compliance, risk management and privacy, having worked at Clyde & Co after a period in-house.

Welcoming the new appointments, John White, managing partner of Beauchamps, said: “Fiona and Yvonne are a great addition to the team.

“First and foremost, they are talented lawyers with a fresh perspective who have a strong cultural fit with Beauchamps. They join Beauchamps at an exciting time when we’re growing, innovating and investing more to support our clients as they develop and evolve.”
