Ms Boyle trained and worked with an international commercial law firm for nine years and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales in 2019. She has extensive experience and knowledge in corporate structuring and share disposals and acquisitions, and joins the firm’s Derry office.

Ms McColgan trained with Caldwell & Robinson and will work in both the corporate and commercial and dispute resolution teams.
