UCD Student Legal Service launch new volume on Irish constitution

The 2018 edition of 80 Years of Bunraecht Na hÉireann, available online in full from issuu, examines the historical backdrop of the document as well as how it has been interpreted over time.

Mr Justice Gerard Hogan, writing in the foreword, said: “I can only hope that this volume may help those who may be superficially critical to familiarise themselves with the endless debates about the role of law and society … which is part of the endless fascination of Irish constitutional law.”

The volume is edited by Brían Donnelly and Robert J. Lee.
