Updated edition of The Law of Wills published

The second edition of Dr Albert Keating’s The Law of Wills has been published by Clarus Press.
The book has been updated to reflect changes to the law, such as the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009, Civil Partnership and Certain Rights and Obligations of Cohabitants Act 2010, Charities Act 2009 and Finance Act 2010.
Dr Keating is a barrister and senior lecturer in law at Waterford Institute of Technology with many published works on probate law and jurisprudence, including a trilogy published by Clarus.
