Walkers Professional Services to launch in Ireland

Walkers Professional Services will be launched in Ireland this month following a successful global launch last year, the financial services law firm has announced.

WPS Ireland (WPSI) will be led by Ronan Reilly, and other senior members include Fiona de Lacy as head of accounting and Mairead Eiffe as head of company secretarial.

WPSI will be focussed on providing corporate services (including registered office, directorship and accounting services).

Walkers said it was a “natural fit” given the firm’s presence within the aviation, capital markets and investment funds industries.

Mr Reilly said: “I am delighted to have joined Walkers and lead a team of highly-qualified professionals aiming to provide best-in-class corporate services to banking, private equity, hedge fund and aviation clients in tandem with excellent legal and listing services.

“With a dedicated team of experienced professionals WPS Ireland has immediate scale to effectively handle any client work and we have already received mandates prior to our official launch.”
