William Fry and RDJ recognised as employee wellbeing leaders
William Fry and RDJ have been ranked among the top 100 companies for employee wellbeing in Ireland by business group Ibec.
Both law firms were included in an index published by Ibec in partnership with Business & Finance for a third year running.
The index is comprised exclusively of companies in Ibec’s KeepWell community, most of which hold an active KeepWell Mark accreditation.
William Fry was also awarded ‘Best in Class’ for mental health at Ibec’s inaugural launch event for the index last week.
Steph Atkinson, head of HR at William Fry, said: “We are delighted to be recognised with this best-in-class mental health award.
“The KeepWell Mark has provided a valuable framework to build best practice and benchmark our own progress and areas for improvement. Our network of mental health allies and sponsors are passionate about embedding mental health in our culture and reducing the associated stigma in the workplace.
“Through building our leaders’ capabilities to spot the signs of poor mental health, creating safe forums to speak up and providing the policies, tools and supports to bolster wellbeing, we reduce any stigma and futureproof our organisation’s total health.”
