William Fry announces two partner appointments
William Fry has welcomed Mary Ward and Naoise Harnett as partners in its Banking & Finance and Insurance & Reinsurance teams.
It coincides with the re-appointment of the Dublin-based firm’s managing partner, Bryan Bourke, for a further three-year term, and the appointment of seven new associate solicitors.
Ms Ward advises on a broad range of banking and asset finance transactions, with a particular focus on aviation finance and structured finance. She also advises banks, funders, and corporates on investment and acquisition finance.
Mr Harnett has specialised in insurance and reinsurance law and regulation both non-life and life. He advises clients such as Banco Santander, AXA Life Europe, AXIS, and Beazley.
The seven new associates are:
