William Fry appoints banking and finance partner

William Fry has announced the appointment of Padraic Kinsella as partner in the firm’s banking and finance department.

The firm said the senior appointment demonstrates its continued growth and ongoing commitment to its banking and finance practice.

Mr Kinsella joins from Arthur Cox, where he has focussed for 11 years on advising domestic and international financial institutions as well as borrowers in relation to syndicated lending, real estate finance, acquisition finance, project finance, invoice discounting, receivables financing and general corporate and personal lending.
