William Fry awarded Ibec workplace wellness accreditation
William Fry has become the first law firm to be awarded Ibec’s workplace wellness accreditation, the KeepWell Mark.
The firm said the accreditation reflected its commitment to provide the newest and highest standards of workplace wellness, health, and safety to its employees.
Managing partner Bryan Bourke said: “We have made a strong commitment in recent years to improving our workplace wellbeing practices across all levels of the firm and we are we are delighted that this has been recognised with the KeepWell Mark accreditation.
“We look forward to building on the success of our workplace wellbeing programme.”
Around 70 companies are enrolled in the KeepWell scheme, which was launched last September.
The framework includes a self-assessment, an on-site assessment from an Ibec approved external assessor, and culminates with a report that outlines areas for improvement.
The eight areas examined during the KeepWell process are leadership, absence management, smoke free, physical activity, health & safety, mental health, healthy eating, and intoxicants.
