William Fry hires Liam Arthur as corporate/M&A partner

William Fry has announced the appointment of Liam Arthur as a partner in the firm’s corporate/M&A department.
Mr Arthur will join the firm in January 2022 from Proskauer Rose LLP in London, where he has worked for the past six years.
During this time, his practice has focused on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity co-investments, consortium transactions and joint ventures.
He has advised private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, corporations and management teams across a broad spectrum international transactions.
Prior to Proskauer, Mr Arthur worked with Debevoise & Plimpton and SJ Berwin in London.
