NI: Worthingtons Solicitors welcomes new family law solicitor
Belfast-based firm Worthingtons Solicitors has announced the appointment of solicitor advocate Naomi Devlin to their growing family law department.
Ms Devlin, who graduated from the University of Ulster in 2009 and qualified as a solicitor in 2009, has specialised in family and matrimonial work for over five years.
She is a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland’s Children Order panel and an approved solicitor on the specialist International Children Law panel operated by the Central Authority of NI.
According to Worthingtons, Ms Devlin has a particular interest in private and public law proceedings, wardship proceedings, child abduction and Hague Convention proceedings.
She provides advice and assistance on all matters following the breakdown of a relationship to include financial settlements, child and spousal maintenance issues, separation and divorce proceedings, custody disputes, children order matters, domestic violence issues including non molestation, occupation orders and civil injunctions, as well as advice on pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
