As part of the accreditation process, Investors in Diversity carried out a deep dive audit of the firm’s diversity and inclusion policies, procedures and work practices, as well as conducting an independent employee survey.

Managing partner David Widger said: “Achieving the Silver Mark is recognition of the importance and focus we place on being an inclusive workplace.

“Our aim is for ALG to be a place where people can be their true selves and celebrate our diversity. Where they can achieve their career goals regardless of gender, sexual identity, cultural or social background, or physical and neuro ability.

“We’re so proud of all that we have achieved, but know that we need to do much more.”
