And finally… better dead than red
A bill to allow drivers to run red lights during low traffic has been approved by US legislators.
The proposed law was approved by 39-34 in the Utah House of Representatives.
If approved, House Bill 151 would allow drivers to drive through a red light in certain circumstances where they have waited on a highway with a speed limit of under 55 mph for at least 90 seconds.
The bill will now move to the Senate for a vote, according to Utah-based KUTV.
