However, experts believe he will have “more trouble with his wife” than with the law firm that employs him.

Patricia Ryan of The Workplace employment lawyers told Daily Mail Australia that the pair could avoid disciplinary action at work if their secret romance was only consummated outside office hours.

It’s also unlikely that a court would accept the video evidence, as employees did not know they were being filmed.
