And finally… grave decision
A dead woman was within her rights to disinherit two of her children who accused her of witchcraft.
The late mother-of-three lawfully removed her sons Francisco and Jorge Javier from her will, the Supreme Court of Spain has ruled.
It marks the end of a long court battle launched by the pair after they found out that she was disinheriting them, The Local reports.
Francisco “accused her on repeated occasions of being evil, of practising witchcraft and said that her house is haunted and malevolent”, a judge ruled.
The entire estate of the woman, who passed away recently, will now fall to her third son, Ignacio – even though he was also estranged from her.
