David Waugaman, 57, is seeking thousands in damages after he took a tumble following four hours of drinking.

He fell from his stool and hurt his right shoulder so badly that he needed to be hospitalised.

Waugaman argues that bartenders at Ziggy’s Hotel in Youngwood, Pennsylvania should not have continued serving him alcohol.

His attorney told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: “You’re not supposed to feed people so much booze they fall off a bar stool.”
