And finally… the magic has gone
A man has successfully sued magicians who failed to make his estranged wife return using “magic knowledge”.
The man, whose name has not been made public, hired the company after it promised in a TV advert that it could “return your wife or loved woman”.
He hired the firm’s suite of “extrasensory”, “fortune-telling”, “astrology” and “spiritism” services, but his wife, who left him in August 2017, never returned.
The man brought the matter to the local court in his native city of Omsk, Russia, over the failure to provide the services despite his payment of over 260,000 roubles – around £3,300.
The court found in his favour and awarded him 400,000 roubles – around £5,100 – in compensation, the BBC reports.
