Anna Vangrove

An experienced banking lawyer specialising in real estate finance and energy finance, Ms Vangrove joins from TLT, where she spent six years and was latterly the head of its Belfast banking and finance team.

She will work alongside M&A partner Mark Davis, who joined late last year, to deliver Shoosmiths’ growth plan in Northern Ireland.

Her appointment follows the firm’s recent recruitment of Michael Kelly as a principal associate in the banking and finance team.
