Ms Lyne, who succeeds outgoing chair Peter Murphy, joins secretary Julie Galbraith, treasurer Ciarán Ahern and deputy chair Linda Hynes on the committee of the association.

Commenting on her appointment, Ms Lyne told Irish Legal News: “I am delighted to be appointed as chair of ELAI and would like to thank Peter and the committee for their support.

“I look forward to continuing the good work of ELAI by supporting the promotion and the exchange of ideas and information and by encouraging close collaboration amongst the members during these unprecedented times.”
