Aoife Murphy appointed senior legal counsel at Laya Healthcare

Solicitor Aoife Murphy has been appointed as senior legal counsel at insurance company Laya Healthcare.
The appointment follows a year in which Ms Murphy acted as senior legal counsel for Laya while on secondment from Ronan Daly Jermyn.
She joined Ronan Daly Jermyn’s corporate and commercial team in 2014, having previously worked at Landwell Solicitors and Beauchamps.
Writing on LinkedIn, Ms Murphy said: “After over seven great years with Ronan Daly Jermyn I’ve decided to hang up my private practice hat and start an exciting new chapter of my career with Laya Healthcare.
“Many thanks to Gillian Keating and all in the corporate and commercial team at RDJ for being fantastic colleagues and continued friends.
“I’m very much looking forward to working with Erika O’Leary and Caroline Walsh and the wider Laya Healthcare family who I have gotten to know so well over the last 11 months.”
