Apology to Ms Bronwyn O’Donnell

Irish Legal News wishes to make clear that an earlier report of this case, published on 28th November 2022, contained an error.

The evidence which we attributed to the eldest daughter of the late Terence Benedict McQuaid was in fact evidence given by the deceased’s fifth eldest child.

We wish to take this opportunity to correct the record and unreservedly apologise to Bronwyn O’Donnell.
