Arthur Cox appoints three new partners to Dublin office
Arthur Cox has announced the appointment of Aisling Burke, Danielle Conaghan and Brian O’Rourke as partners in its Dublin office.

Ms Burke, who has been appointed as a tax partner, advises advises multinationals and corporate clients on tax structuring, inward investment and the tax aspects of a wide variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), reorganisations and financing arrangements.
Ms Conaghan, appointed as environment and planning partner, has advised on both contentious and non-contentious environmental and planning matters for the last ten years.
She has particular expertise in de-risking projects; oral hearings, judicial reviews, injunctions and civil and criminal enforcement proceedings; and environmental and planning aspects of M&A and project-financing transactions.
Mr O’Rourke, has been with Arthur Cox since joining as a trainee in 2004, has been appointed as a property and real estate partner.
He advises on a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of both portfolio and single-asset investments, landlord & tenant matters, property finance and construction/development.
