Arthur Cox reappoints managing partner
Arthur Cox has reappointed its managing partner Brian O’Gorman for a second four-year term at the head of the firm.
Mr O’Gorman, 46, specialises in corporate finance with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, equity capital markets and private equity. He joined the firm in 1999, having spent a number of years in London and Hong Kong with a leading London law firm and an international investment bank.
He became a partner in 2000 and has advised on many of the largest and most high profile Irish M&A transactions over the past 15 years. While serving as Managing Partner he has continued to advise major corporate clients of the firm.
