Belfast-based John F Gibbons & Co has announced the appointment of Shari Holmes as a senior associate at the firm.

Ms Holmes graduated with an honours degree in law from Ulster University in Jordanstown, and gained experience as a paralegal in a criminal firm before joining John F Gibbons & Co in 2014.

She completed her professional qualification at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and qualified as a solicitor in September.

Ms Holmes is involved in all areas of law with a particular focus on residential conveyancing, Irish Legal News was told.
