Belfast firm McKees present PIPS with £2,000 fundraising cheque
Belfast firm McKees has presented a cheque for £2,000 to mental health charity PIPS after a year of fundraising efforts.
PIPS provides services for people who are experiencing depression, grief and loss, loneliness, anxiety, low self-esteem, PTSD, anger, stress, suicidal ideation, self-harming or abuse issues. It also supports children with their emotional and behavioural issues.
McKees partner Philip McBride, who presented to cheque to Renee Quinn from PIPS, said: “I am really pleased I was able to present this cheque to Renee on behalf of all my colleagues who raised this money for our charity partner PIPS over the course of the last 12 months.
“PIPS receives no government funding for its vital services and relies on charitable donations and corporate support.
“McKees is delighted to be able to present this cheque to contribute much-needed funds to PIPS through a range of events and fundraising initiatives which the team ran over the last 12 months.”
