Belfast lawyer to walk Camino de Santiago for charity

Belfast lawyer Matthew Higgins is to walk the 500-mile Camino de Santiago in aid of WAVE Trauma Centre this weekend.
Mr Higgins, a criminal defence lawyer and partner at HHD Solicitors, will set off on Saturday to walk the ancient pilgrimage route in north-west Spain.
He is aiming to raise £5,000 for WAVE Trauma Centre, which provides care and support for people affected by the Troubles.
“After working with WAVE Trauma on a variety of cases, Matthew has been moved by their compassion and the unbelievable strength and resilience of those that they support,” HHD Solicitors said.
“Your support, whether through spreading awareness or generously donating to our JustGiving page, can make an impact on the lives of individuals and families who rely on the services provided by WAVE Trauma Centre.”
Donations are being welcomed via JustGiving.
