Mr Lee, appointed as partner in the firm’s employment & benefits team, has significant experience acting for employers and employees in contentious and non-contentious matters.

He advises on all aspects of the employment relationship, including obligations, rights and entitlements arising under employment legislation. Mr Lee also advises domestic and international clients in high value High Court and Commercial Court litigation.

Mr Gibbons, appointed as partner in the commercial real estate team, has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from both a commercial conveyancing and commercial leasing perspective.

He acts for a number of large-scale real estate developers and REITs in the management of their new and existing retail and office property portfolios.
