Ms Ntambirweki, who has extensive cross-border experience in public and private M&A in the Middle East and East Africa, joins from the corporate and M&A team of a leading law firm in Kuwait, having previously practised with leading law firms in Uganda.

Her cross-border experience includes cross-sector general corporate advisory, corporate re-organisations, structuring transactions, preparing merger control applications and post-acquisition advisory.

She routinely advises on venture capital transactions, advising founders on launching emerging companies across industries as well as investors on investment in funds and in early and growth-stage companies.

Ms Ntambirweki also has experience and a keen interest in aviation, having advised aircraft owners, arrangers, airlines, asset financiers, lessors and lessees on local and cross border aviation finance and lease transactions, including secured lending, pre-delivery financing, operating leases, purchase and sale of multi-aircraft portfolios and sale and leaseback transactions.
