BHSM welcomes solicitor Eoghan Murphy to corporate team

BHSM LLP has announced the appointment of Eoghan Murphy as a solicitor in the firm’s corporate department.
Mr Murphy specialises mainly in the areas of commercial agreements, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
He has particular experience in private equity joint ventures in the residential development sector, having acted in multiple transactions for developers as well as private equity investment funds.
