Browne Jacobson celebrates record £105m turnover in UK and Ireland
UK and Ireland firm Browne Jacobson LLP has announced a record turnover of £105 million in the year ending 30 April 2023, a 12 per cent increase in the year it opened its first international office in Dublin.
The firm has more than doubled its turnover from £50 million in 2014, which it said had been achieved organically and with consistent investment in diversifying its client base, talent and infrastructure.
Browne Jacobson opened in Ireland in September 2022 with a focus on developing a technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) practice.
Managing partner Richard Medd said: “This is another impressive set of results for the firm despite domestic and global challenges. Breaking the £100m ceiling for the first time is one of many significant milestones for the firm this year.
“It also marks the first year that our results include Browne Jacobson Ireland where having a fully integrated network has already started to reap benefits with a strong demand for our services.
“None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of our clients and the hard work and dedication of our talented people across all of our six offices.”
He added: “Since taking over the reins as managing partner three years ago I have seen the firm go from strength to strength during an unprecedented period of change.
“We have another exciting year ahead and the investments we have in the pipeline will put us in an even stronger position to deliver for our clients and give great opportunities to our people.”
