ByrneWallace announces appointment of corporate partner

ByrneWallace has announced the appointment of Sharon McCaffrey as a partner in the firm’s corporate practice.

Ms McCaffrey advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, and specialises primarily in mergers and acquisitions, international corporate transactions, private equity fundraising and investments.

In particular, she has significant experience advising on inward investment projects, corporate re-organisations and cross border mergers.
