ByrneWallace appoints Helen Gibbons as litigation partner
ByrneWallace has announced the appointment of Helen Gibbons as a partner in the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution team.
Ms Gibbons brings over 18 years’ experience as a commercial and corporate litigator and advisor, specialising in advising senior management of corporate and public-sector bodies in litigation and regulatory matters including investigations, judicial review, contract and commercial disputes.
She also has extensive experience advising land owners and developers, and draws on her prior experience and knowledge in the areas of corporate and property law to compliment her practice.
Ms Gibbons also has significant experience advising public bodies on their powers and functions, and has advised on several high profile and complex independent reviews.
